We are a family of believers in Muizenberg who gather each week to worship God, grow in His Word, and live out our faith in the community.

Our desire is simple: to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, and mind - and to love our neighbour as ourselves (Matt. 22:37–40).
Whether you are exploring faith, looking for a church family, or seeking a place to grow deeper in your walk with Christ, you are warmly invited to join us.

OUR STORY
Coastal Bible Church began in 2014 with a small group of believers meeting in the halls of Muizenberg High School.
From the very beginning, our vision has been to build a church firmly rooted in God’s Word, living out reformed truth in everyday life, and reaching our community with the hope of Christ.

What started small has grown into a family of believers who pray together, share life together, and walk side by side as we seek to make Christ known.
​
We believe in being faithful with what God has entrusted to us - in worship, in service, and in caring for one another. Our story is still being written, and you are invited to be part of it.

That’s why we actively share the gospel and call people to become fully devoted followers of the Lord Jesus Christ - from Muizenberg to the ends of the earth.

Grace Groups
Church is more than a Sunday service - it’s life together.
At Coastal Bible Church, we believe that life change and care happen best in small groups. That’s why we encourage every believer to be part of a Grace Group.

Grace Groups are where discipleship, openness, and encouragement happen in a close-knit setting.
They provide:

Connection - as our church grows bigger, Grace Groups keep it small enough that no one is lost in the crowd.

Care - in times of illness, struggle, or grief, your group is a place where people know you, love you, and stand with you.

Growth - spiritual accountability and encouragement to grow in Christ through prayer, Bible study, and honest conversations.

Service - many groups choose to serve together, living out their faith in practical ways.
If Sunday worship is where we gather, Grace Groups are where we grow.

We believe God’s Word is living and active. Every week, we gather to hear faithful, relevant teaching that speaks to our daily lives.
